The Bachelor of Education Program, know as B Ed is a professional course that prepare teachers for Upper Primary or Middle level, Secondary Level and Senior Levels.

B.Ed. program is of at least one year duration.

There shall be at least 200 working days each year exclusive of the period of examination , out of which 40 days shall be for practice teaching or skill development in nearby schools.

(1) As decided by NCIE / Government from time to time

(2) At present Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.

The college charges fees determined by the State Government from time to time.

The college has access to sufficient number of recognized secondary schools within reasonable distance for field work and practice teaching related activities of the student teacher.

The college has got following resource centers:

Science and mathematics education resource centre

Art and craft resource centre

Psychology resource centre

Information and communication technology resource centre

Health and physical education resource centre

Library and Library services.
