Information for Admission in B.C.A & B.B.A:

Merit basis:

The admission will be made strictly on merit basis. The merit list of the applications will be displayed on the notice board on the given date and time .

Filling up the Application Form:

  1. Application form should be filled in by the candidate in his legible handwriting.
  2. A passport size photograph of the applicant should be pasted properly at the place provided for it.
  3. The candidate must attach certificate true copies of following documents with signature of the candidate and his / her parent on the reverse side of the documents :
    • Mark sheet of H.S.C. / C.B.S.E. / I.C.S Examination (12th Standard)
    • Mark sheet of S.S.C. Examination (10th Standard)
    • First Attempt Certificate of 12th Std.
    • School Leaving Certificate
    • Caste Certificate
    • One extra recent passport size photograph, same as pasted on the application.
    Do not send any original document along with the application form. However, the candidate will be required to produce all original documents at the time of admission.

Eligibility :

  1. The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (12th Std.) securing at least 45% marks from recognized board by State/Central Government
  2. Students are advised to refer to the university circular dated for the change in the admission eligibility criteria. This circular is also placed on the notice board of the college.

Admission Procedure :

  1. A candidate selected for admission will be called according to his / her position In the Merit List
  2. The candidate will be required to bring with them the original documents for verification before the admission is confirmed.
  3. In case the candidate is unable to produce original marks certificate and if all other documents tally, they may be given one weeks time to produce original certificate, provided that he / she promises to bring the certificate within the allotted time limit. In case however he / she fail to submit the certificate in original within the stipulated time limit, his/ her admission will be liable to be cancelled.
  4. In the absence of other original documents or in the event of any discrepancy found in any of the documents, name will be liable to be removed from the Merit List.
  5. The candidate selected for admission will be required to remit the fees immediately.
  6. In case a candidate fails to remit fees in time, next candidate in the merit list shall be considered.
  7. In the event of a doubt or dispute about admission, the decision of the centralized Admission Committee / Management shall be final.
  8. Fees once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.

Fee Structure :

Fee will be charged as per notification of Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Parent Participation :

Father / Mother / Guardian of the candidate are expected to take personal interest in the applicant’s studies.
